COMING 2026

Mr. X, a struggling indie filmmaker living with his mother, is convinced greatness is his destiny. After finishing his short film, he submits it to top festivals - Cannes, Venice, Sundance - believing this is his moment.

While working at a video store, he encounters powerful producer John White. Convinced this is fate, Mr. X begs him to read his feature script. John dismisses him. Every festival rejects him. His life spirals - fight with his mother, alcoholism, breakdown. Desperate, he kidnaps John White at gunpoint, forcing him to read his script and finance his film.

What starts as a plea ends as delusion, violence, and a final act of madness. A surrealistic tale of Hollywood dreams turned into nightmares and a philosophical story about ambition, rejection, power, and the thin line between artist and madman. It critiques class, the gate keeping machinery of the industry, and the illusion of success.
